Had a right laugh here! The staff were lovely, and the brekkie was top-notch, with a fab selection goin’ on. But mate, the room wasn’t soundproofed, felt like I was in a noisy market!

Exceptional meals in the restaurant were a highlight.
During my stay in the Double Room Son Bou, I encountered significant noise, making it difficult to fully relax. The lack of attention to broken glass around the pool was concerning, as it posed safety risks for my family. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested in addressing these issues, which left me feeling disappointed with this experience.

It all depends on your needs
Delicious meals and an amazing spa treatment truly enhanced my experience. The property is tastefully decorated, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
Service inconsistencies were evident, with some staff appearing overwhelmed, and lengthy waits for dining. The limited dining space detracted from the overall experience, especially during busy times.

Exceptional service and relaxation!
During my stay in the Superior Double Room, Alaior Garden, I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere complemented by large garden areas that provided a tranquil retreat. The meals were consistently impressive, from breakfast with a good selection of fresh options to dinners that showcased a farm-to-table concept. I had one of the best massages of my life at the spa, thanks to the talented therapist Fanny. One area for improvement could be a larger dining space to accommodate more guests without feeling cramped.

Loved the Superior Double Room with its stylish decor and the little garden. The food impressed me, especially the breakfast selection and the lunch/dinner menu which offered plenty of options. The massage at the spa with Fanny was a highlight—truly one of the best massages I’ve had. service at the restaurant felt rushed, and sometimes the staff seemed a bit distant. The pool area looked tired, with dirty loungers and a closed pool bar during my stay. The limited lunch menu became repetitive after a couple of days. I expected more attention to detail for the price, like a welcome drink or umbrellas during rain. while some aspects shone, others didn't meet the luxury experience I was hoping for.
